“Science of Bread” class

Note, this class fills really quickly! You can get on a waitlist after it fills. If you’re trying to get into any Folk School class, online registration opens sooner than “print catalog” registration, and subscribing to the Folk School’s emails will get you the earliest notification. In 2027, I will be teaching in May and November.
